When you were born you were looked at and evaluated. People would say "she has her mothers eyes" or "he has his fathers nose". As we grew up the evaluation would continue when we acted out or showed a talent. "You're just like your mother, she was creative like that." Or "stop acting like your father, he is pigheaded too."
Years ago there was a song called "My Father's Eyes". It was immensely popular in Christian circles. Jesus told us in Luke 6 that out of the abundance of our hearts our mouth speaks. So I wonder if we have "Our Father's Heart". That old song spoke of how we see people but my question suggests that our hearts are either our own or His. The evidence according to the word is in the things we say on a continual basis. What are the things you speak of in abundance? They tell the truth on your heart ownership.
